The granulator is designed for the production of granules from sawdust, herbal flour, peat, straw, combined feed, grain bran, husks, sugar industry waste, cellulose fiber (waste paper), poultry droppings. There are many ways to use different types of granules (pellets). The advantages of the granule are many: it is easier to store (granules take up less space), they are more convenient to transport, dose and they retain all the main advantages of the material. Granule (pellet) is used as fuel (in boilers with a pellet burner), feed, asphalt additives, animal sorbent, fertilizers, etc.<\/p>\n\n

Working principle of the machine<\/h2>\n

The material ready for granulation is fed into the hopper, from which it gradually enters the mixer with the help of a dispenser. In the mixer, the material is moistened with water or steam until the necessary humidity for granulation is reached. From the mixer, the moistened material enters the press. Two rollers compress the substance, pushing it through the dies of the matrix. The controlled blade cuts the pellet according to the fixed length. Hot pellets are fed into the cooler. The air flow cools the granule to room temperature and evaporates moisture, making the granule hard enough for storage and transportation.<\/p>\n
